• Take full responsibility for decisions made based on our services, recommendations, or assistance 

Payments & Fees

• All service fees are clearly communicated prior to confirmation 
• Payment must be made in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed 
• All payments are final and non-refundable once services have been initiated 
• Payments are processed via approved payment methods provided by The Cartender 

Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party providers, including but not limited to garages, transport companies, inspection specialists, and shipping providers.
While we work with trusted partners, The Cartender does not assume liability for the performance, delays, or outcomes of third-party services.

Storage & Vehicle Handling (The Reserve)
Vehicles stored or handled under The Cartender are managed with care and may be moved, driven, or transported as required to deliver the service.
The Cartender is not liable for mechanical issues, wear and tear, or unforeseen incidents unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Protection Plans (The Shield)
All protection plans are subject to specific terms, coverage limits, conditions, and exclusions.
Coverage is determined based on the selected plan and does not guarantee full repair or replacement in all cases.

Limitation of Liability
The Cartender shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses 
• Market fluctuations, pricing changes, or vehicle availability 
• Decisions made by clients based on our recommendations or services 
• Third-party actions, delays, or failures 

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the service fee paid.

Modification of Terms
The Cartender reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
